One Day Retreats for Relaxation, Stress Release and Emotional Healing

Join us at for a day dedicated to healing the emotions and spirit, releasing stress, restoring freedom and lightness within.

The day is made up of two healing workshops where you will learn EFT and EmoTrance, two simple and powerful energy healing modalities. These can be used for self help and for helping friends and family. The aim of the day is to help you achieve some release, healing, inner change to help you feel more free, lighter and brighter as you go home. In addition, you will have learned some important new skills to help you continue managing emotions and stress levels for a happier life. Plus if you are a healer or therapist, you will have completed an introductory workshop to prepare you for further training.
