Sandra Hillawi, leading practitioner and international trainer in the field of energy psychology, has set up healing retreats which cater for mental healing, as well as physical, emotional and spiritual healing, in the UK and in Egypt by the Red Sea.

In fact, Sandra would say: mental emotional and spiritual health is all one and the same, and dis-ease or disturbance in any of these levels can cause physical pains and symptoms in the body too. A mind body spirit detox retreat could therefore be a new way for helping people with mental health and healing.

12 years ago I was introduced to the idea of healing retreats myself. I was run down, over worked, exhausted and had lost my zest for life. I had read about detox retreats and took the plunge and what happened was amazing.

It changed my life.
