After several successful and most enjoyable one day healing retreats in 2011 and given huge need in the current climate simply for stress release I am planning to continue these self help workshops to offer, emotional healing and stress release in 2012.

Each Stress Release Day will teach and then use one powerful simple technique, either EFT or EmoTrance, which guests will learn and use for self healing and also through partner work.

In addition to experiencing real healing and inner changes during the workshop, guests will take home simple powerful techniques as skills for life, to help manage and release stress and handle the  challenges of life with grace and ease and learn how to help friends and family too.

Well this was a real mixed event, ending on a wonderful high thankfully!

Once again guests arrived at Sayadeen Village Nuweiba for the second detox retreat at this resort. We were 9-11 guests, 2 left after week 1 and 4 more arrived for week 2. The staff team was myself, Sandra Hillawi, the sparkling and amazing Jo Hogarty for Yoga and beautiful Lynda Jakiro for massage.

It was good to be back at Sayadeen, to be welcomed with warm smiles by the resort staff again and to soak up the stunning views across the Gulf of Aqaba, mountains behind and to the right, the sea and Saudi mountains in front and to the left.

What a wonderful place it was, at Al Sayadeen Village, Nuweiba and at last here are the photos and report back from this healing retreat October-November 2010. Yoga, raw foods, juices, meditation, energy healing, dancing and great natural beauty. Enjoy!
